Great Morning Joy Blazers☀️🌏‼️. Yesterday was H360’s first event at Children’s Hospital in Washington DC. It was such a uplifting experience to see how many families embraced H360 and the “Joy Journals” we gifted. We simply placed a yellow rose (symbolizing friendship and joy), and an H360 card inside of a mini composition book and reminded people to take time out to record joyous moments in their life. The most important function of the Joy Journal is the ability to reread those joyous moments in times of doubt or need. Please take time out of your life to have a Joy Journal, you will thank yourself in the end. 😬😘 FYI, Pictures were prohibited in the facility, so we captures what we could.

Also, we are currently in our first state, Richmond Virginia, and the first order of business is connecting with mental health professionals referred by a native of Richmond.
