GREAT MORNING VOTING “Joy Blazers”☀️🌍‼️ I felt compelled to share this with you as I am on Day 7 of my Mental Wellness Challenge, and currently making a list of short-term goals. (Listed below)

I attempt to look at this every morning and choose my focus. Today, I chose eat well. Being a pescatarian 🐠 certainly comes with its faults as I eat more carbs now than I did my entire life! To eat well, you must first be conscious of what the word “well” actually means. To me, well means balanced, healthy, and clean. I know wholeheartedly that there is nothing clean about eating an animal 🦓 . My current eating habits include eggs 🥚 , fish, and milk 🥛 . I know that stopping consumption of all 3 is a huge challenge, but it is one that is worth me developing more happy habits. If you are reading this, I am challenging you to attempt to work on one happy habit at a time. The key is to eventually master them all and become habitually HAPPY 😃!

My Short Term Goals

– reduce carb intake to 1000 calories a day- today and everyday after!

– master a healthy habit (eat well) before the start of 2019

– execute Columbia, South Carolina’s Joy Jam in 10 days

– Embrace a corporate sponsor before December 31, 2018

– Raise $500 towards H360’s mission by December 31, 2018.
