We wanted to enlighten you on the many benefits of breathing, but more specifically breathing when you are experiencing a less favorable emotion. These emotions can sometimes cause us to act erratically, but the power of breathing can calm you down in a matter of minutes.

Its always a little weird when you try if for the first time, i.e… cant stop thinking of the situation, cant focus, cant slow your breathing down, but like with anything new, practicing helps. Once you have tried it a few times, you will be able to control your breaths and can then look deeper into synchronizing those breaths with rhythmic counting.
