Weekly Mental Wellness Activities for EVERYONE! (Honestly you can do these activities any day, anytime)
Monday – Log your feelings throughout the day to identify specific triggers.
Tuesday – Meditate ( Sit still and quietly) for 10 minutes.
Wednesday – Move Your body (Exercise, yoga, etc) with intention to release all unwanted thoughts or feelings.
Thursday – Affirm yourself in the mirror 3xs
Friday – Read 30 minutes or more of informational material.
